Private Data We Receive And Collect

Personal Identifying Information.

One Team Report collects your email address and full name when you sign up for an account. If you sign up using a Slack account, we request this information from Slack, in addition to your Slack id, and your Slack Workspace name and id.

Your information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the service requested. It will not be made available to any party outside of the authorized Slack team.

Basic information for account

When you add One Team Report through Slack, the Slack API provides us an authentication token as well as information about you. We store your basic information such as your username, team ID and user ID.

Whenever we need your personal data (typically, when when displaying a list of members in your team with first name, last name and profile picture), we use the authentication token to request your information from Slack's API.

Team Content

This is information you and your team members submit to One Team Report for hosting, processing, and display purposes. This includes full page text, images and attached files, comments on pages, and the content of suggestions. We also generate metadata on the Content you submit like creation time, update time, and the user info for the person submitting the content.

Billing information

If you purchase a premium version of One Team Report, our third party payment processors will collect and store your billing address and credit card information. We use Stripe. Log data. When you use One Team Report, our servers automatically record information, including information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. This log data may include your IP address, the address of the web page you visited before coming to One Team Report, your browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, information about your browser configuration and plug-ins, language preferences, and cookie data. Log data does not contain message content and is not routinely deleted.

Device information

In addition to log data, we may also collect information about the device you’re using One Team Report on, including what type of device it is, what operating system you’re using, device settings, unique device identifiers, and crash data. Whether we collect some or all of this information often depends on what type of device you’re using and its settings.

One Team Report usage information

This is information about which features you interact with within One Team Report. We don’t log the actual content of the messages, files and comments, just the fact that an event happened using those features on One Team Report.

Third Party Data

One Team Report may receive data about organizations, industries, Website visitors, marketing campaigns and other matters related to our business from third parties that we use to make our own information better or more useful. For example, we may use a service to determine your job title based on your email address so we can suggest One Team Report use cases that match your industry and role.

All this information may be visible in our website by the members of your Slack team but not anyone else.

Third-party Services and how we store your data

We rely on a number of third-party software services to help us provide better service to our customers. Some platforms provide us with sensitive data like tokens or keys in order for us to provide our service. We encrypt and store those details using AES256 encryption and keys are stored on AWS KMS, a service that has been validated and certified by multiple compliance schemas https://aws.amazon.com/kms/details/#compliance.

Amazon Web Services AWS Relational Database Service (RDS) hosts One Team Report database backend and application hosting services for us. Customer data stored on RDS is fully encrypted.

Stripe We use Stripe to process payments. Your billing information, including your credit card, email, payment history, and plan information is stored on Stripe.

Helpy We use Helpy to provide support and communicate with users about their account via in-app chat and email. We send Intercom your full name, email address and account information.

One Team Report uses cookies –a cookie is a small data file that is transferred to your computer's hard disk– and similar technologies in our Websites and Services that help us collect Other Information.
